Shiv Nadar University Chennai B.Tech Fees Structure 2025 & Admission Process

The university consists of 3 courses for B.Tech (AI and Data Science, IoT, and Cyber Security), 1 course for B.Sc (Economics with specialisation in Data Science), and 2 courses in Commerce (B.Com, B.Com (Professional Accounting)) and 1 course in Law (B.A.LL.B). The entry to all of these courses is through a common entrance exam, SNUCEE. Once, selected in the entrance, students are shortlisted for a personal interview with the faculty and, if selected in that, students are provided with the offer letter. The whole process lasts for a maximum of a month and a half. The eligibility condition for a student to apply for the entrance is a minimum of 75% in the board exam. The University offers B.Sc, B.Com in economics, B.A LL.B, B.Tech and M.Tech degree in the school of Engineering. To join the University, you need to write SNUCEE (Shiv Nadar University Chennai Entrance Exam) for your desired course, and interviews are awarded based on scores secured. They also ask for class 12 board exam scores / JEE scores. Although the final call is based on the score you get in the entrance exam. Once you secure an interview, they test your communication and general English / presentation skills. Based on these factors they decide whether you get in or not.Read Full Review
