Shiv Nadar University Chennai Faculty Profile

The faculty in SNU, Chennai is very well qualified and almost 2/3rd of them has a Ph.D and is actively involved in research in their respective fields. Students are allowed to collaborate with the professors. Except for the theory subjects, the courses also have a Lab part where we are left to get the practical exposure of things. Faculty are well qualified. I can say most are even over qualified. There's a good chunk from IIT, IISC and what not. The only thing is that sometime they are too busy to come to classes regularly, or we can say that they are occupied with research, etc. But you can approach them in their cabins when they are available.
