Chanakya University started its operations in 2022 and it is located in Bangalore, Karnataka. This Private University is approved by UGC & AICTE and recognised by BCI & Government of Karnataka.

There are around 6 Schools at Chanakya University Bangalore which includes School of Engineering, School of Management Sciences, School of Biosciences, and several others. Under these schools, numerous Undergraduate, Postgraduate, PG Diploma, and Doctorate level programs are offered at an economical fee structure. * Students enrolling in the UG & PG courses need to take the Chanakya University Pravesha Pareeksha (CUPP) entrance test. However, if a student has passed any State / National level entrance examination with a valid score then they are exempted from this test.

Note: The above-mentioned fees include tuition and registration charges (one-time). However, students are required to pay other applicable charges as well.

Admission Process

Chanakya University admissions process is completely online. Students need to register through its official website, fill the application form, and then take the entrance test (CUPP). Followed by, an interview round will be conducted by the University.

According to the University’s admission criteria, seats in the courses are granted based on the merit marks secured by the student in previous exams along with CUPP & Interview round / State or National level entrance exam.

Special Scholarship

Under the Special Scholarship category, numerous schemes are offered to the students based on the fulfillment of the requisite criteria. Some of the categories are:

Merit-based Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to the UG & PG students based on their merit in the last qualifying exam / entrance test. Monetary amount will be granted to the students based on the fulfillment of qualifying marks mentioned below:

CUET Achievement Scholarship

This scholarship is available for Undergraduate & Postgraduate courses. Students who have secured competent marks in the CUET exam are eligible to avail scholarship under this category. The details are as follows:

Chanakya Merit cum Means Scholarship

The University conducts the Chanakya Scholarship Eligibility Test (CSET) to award scholarships to the meritorious students under this category. In order to avail this scholarship, students should meet the following requirements:

• Obtained minimum 50% marks or more in CSET.
• Secured at least 85% marks & above in both 10^th & 12^th Standard.
