Law College Dehradun, Uttaranchal University has been approved by the BCI & UGC, accredited with NAAC A+ grade, is the first independent law college in Uttarakhand, and was established in 2002.

The college has the vision to provide inclusive education and create skilled and ethical professionals to serve the community. The curriculum at LCD is constructed in a way to impart quality legal education and provide the nation with trained professionals.

For admission, the students can apply through any of the modes (online or offline), by the following steps:  

Online Mode:

• Go to the “Admissions” tab, and click on “Apply Now” at the bottom right of the page,
• Finish the registration procedure by filling in the details in the form.
• An email consisting of the Registration Activation Link (Login ID & Password) will be received by the students.
• Activate the online registration account using the given login Id & password.
• Proceed by uploading the required documents and filling in all the details.
• Finish the application process, by completing the fee payment.

Offline Mode:

• Get the registration form at the admissions office.
• Submission of the form after filling in all the required details should be done at the admissions office.
• A confirmation email for the registration will be sent to the student.
• For the document verification visit the admissions office at the College.
• An offer letter for admission will be issued after the verification is done.
• For the acceptance of the offer letter, the student should complete the payment of the fee.
• The fee can be deposited via Cash, Cheque, DD, Net banking, etc.

Students after completing the registration must follow the steps given below for the final admission process:

• From the admissions office, the students must receive the admission confirmation letter (only after payment of the fee).
• Enrollment of the students into the desired program would be done after presenting the verified documents.
• The students are expected to attend the orientation program organized by the college.
