TMU’s Hostels are the second home of the students. In this micro structure, students have developed academically, culturally, and physically. Hostel life is a stepping stone of independent life that makes students capable of reaching their goals. There are five hostels within the campus out of the two are allotted to boys, and three are girls hostels. The total accommodation capacity in the university campus is 4600.
Hostel rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and clean with the bathrooms attached. Rooms are available on sharing basis and single occupancy and furnished with wardrobes, beds, chair, study table, and air-cooler. For hot water supply, solar heaters are available in all hostels. Water purifiers and coolers are provided for potable drinking water. Power backup is available round the clock so that students can study without interruption. Air-conditioned rooms are also available. The visitor room of every hostel is spacious with comfortable seating, television, recreational facilities, indoor games, magazines and newspapers, Wi-Fi facility, and a gym.
Commercial washing machine, along with tumbler drier is available in the hostel to facilitate laundry. Modern kitchens and spacious dining rooms ensure that the nutritious food is served perfect ambiance. A team of caretakers, wardens, resolves the issues of hostellers. Hostel rules are strict, and students have to abide by the rules.
For maintaining physical health, meditation and yoga are regularly practiced every morning and evening. The faculty counselors of every hostel mentor the students in need. Aesthetically planned buildings with open space and green area provide a conducive atmosphere for realizing the potential.
