Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Law offers various law courses. Bar Council of India approves these law courses.
Five years integrated course offers the opportunity to the students to study subjects such as Political Science, Sociology, Economics, English and other subjects of arts stream along with the Law subjects. Enrolled students are awarded dual degrees, i.e. one for BA and other for LLB. A candidate must have 45% marks in 10+2. Once the student gets enrolled in this course, don’t have to look for admission after graduation.
Students are eligible to work as a law practitioner after the course completion. Academia prepares students with high ethics and moral values that help them in the long run and rise them in the legal profession.
BBA LLB is a five-year course. A candidate seeking admission must have completed 10+2 with a minimum of 45% marks from a recognized board. The course gives knowledge of Business administration and Law. This integrated course involves study law and legislature, along with the study of commerce and business administration.
The course provides an understanding of the interrelationship of Law and the Management studies in their entirety rather than in specific areas. The job profile includes Lawyer, Solicitor, Legal Advisor, Teacher, or Lecturer.
The well-designed course work provides knowledge about finance and law. On course completion, the students can work as a legal advisor and corporate consultant. This is a five-year course, and the candidate must have 45% marks in 10+2 Commerce/Science stream for applying in this course.
The course introduces the commerce industry legal system along with the knowledge of current trends of business law and the regulatory as well as legislative developments.
