Yes DDU provides hostel facilities available for both on-campus and affiliated college students. Living in hostels at DDU can be a mix of opinions. On the positive side, the rooms are mostly doubles i.e. 2 persons in a room with basic furniture available. The fee there is affordable for most of the students. There's also a strong sense of community, especially among students from the same region, course or background. However, hygiene in the mess can be a concern, with some of my knowns and batch mates complaining about repetitive meals. Therefore making some students choose off-campus housing for a more comfortable life. If you're looking for a budget-friendly option along with social atmosphere, and close distance from the college the hostels might work, but be prepared to lower your expectations when it comes to facilities and food quality.Read Full Review
