SGU has a large campus spread over an area of 150 acres with well built infrastructure, digital classroom facilities, laboratories, hostel, Staff Quarters, Gymnasium, Super Market, etc. Facilities such as free Wi-Fi access, copier facilities, stationery shops, self-laundry facilities, and mini-supermarket are available in the hostel. For complete protection of the students, every hostel has a separate proctor. Hostel buildings are under CCTV surveillance.
The Institute has a modern auditorium with a seating capacity of more than 200 students. The auditorium has an air conditioning system, acoustics, LCD projectors, and comfortable seating system. The primary functions of the institute are conducted in the auditorium only. The interior of the hall is carefully kept into consideration giving it the correct refinement of comfort, quality, and beauty.
The University has an international cricket ground too. It also hosts various National Level cricket matches and several other sports like Football and hockey pitches, basketball court and tennis court. Other outdoor sporting grounds include football grass field, tennis courts, holly ball courts, Swimming Pools, Cricket ground, hockey field, and basketball courts.
It also has an in-house indoor facility for Air-conditioned Gymnasium, Carrom, Powerlifting, Table-Tennis, Badminton Court, Weightlifting, and Chess are part of indoor facilities.
