The faculty teaching method is good, I don't know Tamil, and so the faculties are teaching me in English. The faculty members are around 10 to 15 in my course. In my department we have 14 faculties and few lab assistants. Most of the faculty's qualification is Ph.D and balance faculties have done master degrees. The student faculty bonding is good. The teaching method used by them is good. On a weekly basis the faculty members once use PPT and in some classes they used projectors. There are approximately 600 to 700 faculties in Nallamuthu Gounder Mahalingam College. All staffs are knowledgeable. Faculties in my department are good in teaching and easy to approach. There are PPT and group discussions in every department. The problem solving abilities of faculties are good. The teacher student ratio was good and their relation was good.
