An on-campus residential facility is available for boys and girls at Mohan Babu University hostel. There are six housing complexes in the college, each holding 100 students. Each block is divided into 10 to 15 dorms, each of which can house up to 8 to 12 students. The dormitories are spacious, well-ventilated, and have clean bathrooms, which give the area a cosy feel. There is a departmental store on the campus where students can purchase toiletries, stationery, light snacks, candy, etc. Mohan Babu University hostel rooms are very spacious and well-furnished.
