- Library: The Library of Mohan Babu University campus is built in an area of around 4500 sq.m and contains a reading space of approximately 2000 sq.m, with a seating capacity of about 600 people. The library has 3 floors with air-conditioned rooms with required resources for the students studying across all disciplines. The library also has cutting-edge RFID technology with CCTV and fire alarms to ensure the safety of the students. The library has both print and electronic resources such as text and reference books, journals, databases, etc.
- Laboratories: At MBU Tirupati, there are several departmental labs for the students. Some of the major laboratories are Clinical Endocrinology & Toxicology lab, Diagnostic Molecular Biology lab, IDEA lab, and Applied Renewable Energy Research Lab.
