The Training and Placement Cell at the university is acting as a frontier of bringing closure to the academics and the industry. Corporate are invited and encouraged to establish facilities to meet the demands of its students and to get them placed in their dream job. It acts as an interface between the academic program and beginning of their entrepreneurial journey. To make its students ready for the job market, counseling and guidance are provided to them to meet the industry expectations. Furthermore, the Cell organises special skill enhancement training programs to mould its students in a way to face the challenges of the dynamic and demanding job market. There is a separate Career Development Cell which takes the responsibility to enhance the skill, knowledge and aptitude of the students.

The university campus is sprawling over an area of 554 acres in a serene natural environment. Life at the university unfolds the full potential of the students through its curriculum and academic endeavors. Topping it, students are furnished with various modern facilities and features required for their overall development. The Classrooms at Bharti Vishwavidyalaya are high tech with projectors and computers and various national and international conferences, workshops, and seminars on varied themes are held frequently for industry interaction. Apart from these there are various other facilities provided at the university which are inscribed in the following points:

• Library: Library being the soul of the university has a collection of a vast number of books, magazines, journals, and newspapers. It also provides ample facilities for practical exposure to various subjects to make its students experiment with what they have learnt in classrooms.
• Hostel: Hostel accommodation is available for both boys and girls with all the basic facilities to fulfill the needs of the residing students. Common rooms and Staff residences are also available.
• Canteen: A well maintained and hygienic canteen is functioning at the campus satisfying the hunger needs of both students and staff.
• Sports Facility: The University believes in giving equal importance to sports and academics. This is why sports is an integral part of the educational campus with excellent facilities for outdoor games like Cricket, Tennis, Table-tennis, Football, Futsal, Badminton, etc. An indoor sports room is also available on the premises with various sports facilities. Students are boosted to participate in the inter-class and inter-college sports events. Various festivals and cultural events are also celebrated within the campus by a separate department designed for the welfare of the students. Yoga and Meditation training are provided to students in a separate hall allocated for it.
• Transportation: A fleet of buses providing easy and comfortable conveyance is operating at the university to make sure that students attend their classes on time.
• Medical Facility: There is a hospital functioning at the university premise providing best medical facilities to the students and staff.
• Other Facilities: Auditorium, Seminar Hall, Conference Hall, Meeting Hall, Gymnasium, Moot Court, Laboratory, Internet, and more.
