Vel Tech Multi Tech College girls’ hostel and boys’ hostel are situated separately. The boys hostel is named as Kings Boys Hostel, which has 140+ rooms to accommodate 550 students on an average. The girls’ hostel is named as Goddess Padmavathy Girls Hostel, which has 119 rooms to accommodate 450+ students on an average.
Students can choose between AC and non-AC hostel rooms according to their budget. The food provided is tasty and hygienic, and the Vel Tech Multi Tech College hostel serves special food to the students during the festival days.
There is 24 hour water and electricity supply in both the hostels. VelTech MultiTech College hostel rooms are equipped with tube lights and night lamps so that students can easily study whenever they want. Vel tech Multi Tech hostel rules need to be followed to maintain discipline. There is a rule that allows 6 hours outing on a Saturday or Sunday four times per month, weekend outings with parents, and silence hours to be maintained from 10.30pm to 6.30am.
Wi-Fi facility is provided in the hostels. Reading room and library facilities are also there in each hostel. Hostels are fully covered under CCTV surveillance in order to provide a safe environment to the hostellers. Vel Tech Multi Tech girls hostel is properly secured with special security guards. Students can do your prayer in temple and prayer halls as well. The Vel Tech Multi Tech College hostel fee structure also includes a small security deposit that you have to pay along with the hostel fees.
