North East Adventist placement Cell makessure that University students are helped throughout and then placed into the best companies. One thing in which the university’s placement cell takes utmost care is that they understand student’s requirement and then place them accordingly so that students get the job that they have wished for and give their best in that.

Placements and internships play a pivotal role in university’s calendar and therefore as soon as the student enters the final year, the placement cell becomes active and invite the final year students to join the pre-placement program of the university. NEAU has put a process in place where they first understand corporate requirements and then train students accordingly so that both of them are in a win-win situation. The department has been the university’s most ardent servant in successfully filling the gap between students and Industries. Some of the activities that the Placement Cell organizes for the students of NEAU are immense because the placement cell have sleepless nights until they ensure that maximum students are placed every year. The university invites corporates from various sectors. The students are given a fair shot to get selected. At the end of the day, it’s the students who had to go through the process and perform as per his/her abilities, so that tick all the norms laid out by the industries.

Main objectives of NEAU’s Placement Cell:

• To sharpen the creative and managerial acumen of all the students
• Unleash each student’s area of interest and then train them accordingly
• The corporate culture is complex and therefore developing analytical and reasoning skills of the students to make sure they can survive in such a complex environment
• To make student aware of industry’s best practices
• To provide maximum graduates of the university the placements

The 90-acre lush green campus has almost all the facilities under their belt that all the top universities of this country has like labs, auditoriums, ATM, multiple parking lots, and dispensary and library among others. There are some facilities of the university that needs special mention are they are:

Hostels – There’s one men’s hostel building and a women’s hostel building that has the capacity of accommodating 250 boys and 300 girls. The hostels are managed by a committee that looks after the food and security part of the hostels. All the rooms are allotted on sharing basis and the hostel blocks of the university ensures students well-being and safety. The students are allowed to bring the guests at the hostel during the day time. There are some strict rules in place by the university and students have to follow them all the time.

North East Adventist University promotes sports and students are asked to take at least one sport seriously. The university always educate students on how sports play a vital role in keeping the health component of students in command. The university’s track and field is as good as any Olympic track and field and almost all the track & field events are played there. Other prominent sporting facilities that NEAU campus has is football, cricket, and basketball courts. There are many indoor sporting facilities too and to help out student excel in the sport of their choice, the university has hired coaches and trainers.
