North East Adventist University hostels offer graduate and professional students a secure and positive living environment that develops a feeling of community and improves their stay. It can house 250 men and 300 women at the university's boarding house. The university's separate housing for male and female students includes facilities for reading and other activities.

- Every hosteller must act decently, preserve dignity, and adhere to the hostel's policies.
- Each student who wants to live in the dorm must fill out the appropriate form.
- The Chief Warden shall be in charge of housing distribution in the hostel. Without the consent of the Chief Warden, no guest may spend the night at the hostel.
- After the academic term or course has ended, all residents are expected to leave the hostel within ten days. During the summer vacations, students might be allowed to stay in the hostel.
- Based on the advice of the Finance Committee, the Board of Management decides the hostel fees and other dues.
- The Chief Warden has the authority to visit the hostels and inspect each resident's belongings in case of suspicion. They have the right to seize any illegally obtained materials.
- Robbery and theft are forbidden.
- Students must not possess firearms, ammunition, and potentially lethal weapons like daggers, spears, and swords.
- Misbehavior such as fighting, arguing, abusive behavior, or ragging on hostel premises is not allowed.
