University of Kalyani has a Training and Placement Cell which assists the students during placements. The University organises workshops, guest lectures, seminars, etc., conducts mock interviews, pre-placement talks, and group sessions for the students. Along with this, the students are given training to enhance their knowledge and skills as per the requirements of the industry.
