Along with academics, the Institute also focuses on extracurricular activities, for which it has multiple clubs and hubs for the students like The JIIT Youth Club, Thespian Circle Drama Hub, JIIT Programming Hub, and many more.
An entirely separate R&D Cell has also been constructed at the Institute to provide the research scholars with the study materials and the correct environment for conducting research. The institute has an Entrepreneurship Cell, JCED that encourages budding entrepreneurs.
