The university understands the importance of placement and jobs in the life of students and to facilitate the students with the same, the university has established an active and enterprising Training and Placement Cell. This cell helps the students in grabbing new on-field opportunities by conducting in-campus placement drives. The cell focuses on developing the professional, technical, communicational, and soft skills of the students. The cell organises various Career Development Programs for the students to provide training and growth. These programs help the students understand their roles in the corporate world and assist them in becoming an employee who meets the needs of an organisation. Training is provided in career development programs including development of presentation skills, logical reasoning, GD, situational reasoning, problem-solving skills, verbal reasoning, etc.

The Training and Placement Cell also works as a mediator and provides a platform that bridges the gap between the graduates and the companies. The cell organises an industrial institutional interface programs and arranges various seminars, workshops, industrial visits, live-talk sessions, etc. Counselling is also provided to the students so that they can be assisted with their career plans and can work to achieve their dreams without any doubt or confusion. The university also provides various internship opportunities to the students in their respective fields.

The cell prepares the students as per their academic years, like in the first year the cell works to develop the personality of the students. In mid-years, the cell develops technical and verbal skills in the students along with various major skills and training. In the final year, the cell organises mock interviews, HR rounds, aptitude tests, and GD. This training technique builds confidence in students and helps them clear the interview rounds easily.

The organisations and companies that recruit the students of KAHE are Capgemini, Cognizant, IBM, IDFC First Bank, IDBI Federal Life Insurance, Infosys, Infoview Technologies Private Limited, Mr. Cooper, MRF, Wipro, Tata Consultancy Services, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, etc.

Located at Pollachi Main Road, Salem-Kochi Highway, the campus of the university is highly vibrant and the ambiance is positive and excellent for the students. The infrastructure of the university is modern which promotes quality education and growth. KAHE has e-classrooms with excellent seating arrangements, spacious areas, and modern teaching tools. The campus of the university is fully Wi-Fi enabled and owns state-of-the-art laboratories for the students so that they can do experiments and learn new things throughout. • Library: The library of the university offers excellent learning and research facilities to the students and it is built on an area of 700000 sq. ft. The library is spacious and is divided into various sections like lending section, technical section, periodical section, and reference section. The library here has covered all the major courses along with fictional books. There are more than 100000 books, 130+ national & international magazines, 180+ national & international journals, newsletters, 14000+ project reports, 13000+ back volumes, references, etc. The university also has an e-library, also known as a Computerised Library section that offers various e-resources along with e-mail & internet facilities.
• Sports: The University has excellent sports and physical education facilities for the students. The university is very active in sports and it also motivates its students to take part in various games like Football, Chess, Volleyball, Kabaddi, Handball, Basketball, Throwball, Kho-Kho, etc. The university provides experienced and expert coaches to the students and it also takes part in various district, state, and national level sports tournaments and events considering both boys and girls.
• Auditorium: The University has a multi-purpose auditorium that is being used to organise various seminars, annual functions, award ceremonies, etc. The auditorium here is spacious and can accommodate a huge crowd.
