After the admissions of the students, the university starts working on the students professionally and takes the responsibility of developing their personality and making them employable. CDC recognises the talent of the students by monitoring their academic and overall growth. This cell is responsible for conducting various Training programs and Career Counselling for the students. Moreover, the cell also organises pre-placement talks with the students and prepares them for interviews with the help of mock interviews, resume-building exercises, aptitude tests, and practice group discussions. This cell focuses on:

• Developing multiple hidden skills of the students like soft skills, interpersonal skills, technical skills, communicational skills, and other professional skills.
• Organising various webinars, seminars, guest lectures, conferences, etc. for the students.
• Shaping the minds of the students towards a successful career by teaching the importance of the right attitude and professionalism to the students.

To provide a smooth career path to the students, the university also has a well-established Career Guidance and Training Cell. This cell helps the students in experiencing a perosnalised development process that prepares the students for their future corporate role. To enhance the employability among students, the cell also provides them with multiple internship programs. It helps the students gain hands-on experience and knowledge of how corporate life works.
