Pandit Deendayal Energy University Gandhinagar Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The infrastructure of Pandit Deendayal Energy University is incredible. There are 6 buildings on the campus, designated for every department. There are a lot of libraries and labs around the campus in every department building which helps students study well on the campus and create a better environment. The campus size is decent and the University is very near to The Gift City. The classrooms are well designed and are equipped with every necessary equipment like projector, mic, computer, and charging ports on every desk. They can also take digital notes in the classroom. The class sizes are well-defined for better interaction with teachers. The academic facilities like the labs are very well organized. There is a designated lab for every subject and is highly equipped with the best equipment and machines. There are two cafeterias for students to hang out. Also, there are gazebos in every block where every student can sit, talk, study, etc. All the basic facilities like stationary and general store are there within the University campus so the students don't feel uncomfortable. My favorite thing about the University campus is the gazebos where we hang out most of the time before class or before exams and have conversation about various things. It is the best place to socialize with each other. The sports facility in the University is way better than others. They provide you with every piece of equipment and a better sporting experience.

The campus life is something else in PDEU. The University crowd has students coming from every background and ethnicity. The University has over 70+ clubs in the University which are related to different topics like music, design, theatre, etc. The clubs in the University provide a window for the student to live their passion and hobbies and connect with people with the same hobbies. It can be a good place to socialize in the University and find friends who can actually relate to you. There are events and activities conducted by clubs in which you can participate and have fun during the heavy academic stress. There are many fests and events where the clubs create some activities for every student like hackathons, gaming tournaments and other things to create engagement among the students. I personally have a very good experience of this University life, In University I learnt to become confident and more interactive with other students. I have been playing various sports in the campus like football, volleyball and tennis. The clubs in the University helped me grow my passion and work on them. They help me engage with students sharing the same interest and also better skills. They also help in learning new things and crafting better out of myself. The campus infrastructure is top notch with all the facilities you can think about present. The infrastructure is world class and the materials used in making everything till the wood used is very premium. In the libraries all types of books are present, may it be educational, self help, and most importantly, the genre not available in most of the college libraries, Novels. About the classrooms, one thing I liked so much which is very rare, they don't have that long benches, they have single chairs for every student and that chairs are made from great quality wood. Of course not to mention most of the places except the mess are air conditioned. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to stay active and healthy.

One of the best parts of my college experience is the variety of social activities available. I’ve made great friends through these activities, whether we’re cheering for our teams or collaborating on projects. Three main fests are conducted, one the main fest, second the technology fest and third the Navratri fest, the biggest and most famous festival of Gujarat, the state where the college is located.Read Full Review

There are total 6 blocks in the campus of Pandit Deendayal energy University. The different blocks are, School of Liberal Studies, School of Technology, School of Energy Technology, School of Management and School of Petroleum Management. There are tables and structures for sitting in the campus.

There are clubs for students to engage in the extracurricular activities outside of academic life. There are clubs for coding, dancing, singing and Aerospace, spacecraft and many more. Here the public is too much and the students are also very hospitable. There is an event called Tesseract in which great people and famous peoples come to the college.Read Full Review
