First the intake is less and then the faculty numbers are high. To take the same class two teachers would come every odd day. Students at DAIICT don’t have a choice but to be attentive. I was glued to the vibrant coding culture that the college has. Master’s students became master of coding and that wouldn’t have been possible unless faculty made us work that hard and took us to offices of big IT firms in Bangalore. The first thing about faculties was that they were stable. All the professors who were there were there for a long time and I suspect they must still be there. Their marketing skills were poor as they would hardly tell us about their achievements because many of them have had their research published in some of the decorated publications. Yes, they were that brilliant, and studying from them was like learning from the best. What else can I say about them as they were hardly strict with attendance and didn’t care a bit even if students had less than required attendance.Read Full Review

They did some spells because we literally got addicted to their style of teaching. Everything was discussed in gist and for all that, we were taught on Monday, and Tuesday we did the practical applications of that. It kept on likewise every alternate day. So, each and every class they took created an impact and left no voids as they ensured that students understood what they were trying to teach. In general terms, what one will see is the lesser passing percentage in engineering colleges but DAIICT’s passing percentage was great. It’s not that faculties offered some goodies but students performed as per their expectations because we could have done anything on campus but disappointing them was the last option that we had.Read Full Review
