At VLITS Guntur, faculties are friendly, supportive, collaborative, and their problem solving skills are extremely good. They are highly qualified as most of them have obtained PhDs and some of them have qualified GATE. The teacher student ratio is 1:60. Their modes of teaching are PPTs and blackboards. The faculties are not judgmental and treat all students equally which has created a strong bond between the teachers and the students. The method of teaching involves both blackboard and PPT. the faculty at our institute is doctorates. They have enhanced skills and knowledge. They are very much approachable.
