Velammal Engineering College has established a Training and Placement Cell that offers guidance and opportunities for the career growth and development of the students. The training and placement cell is handled by a team of qualified faculty members who are focused on increasing the overall efficiency of the students. Different placement training programs related to personality development, stress management, time management, aptitude tests, and group discussions are organised by the cell in order to make the student's placement ready.
Placement programs are also organised by the college in which various prestigious companies are invited for conducting interviews. Some of these companies are HCL, Sify Technologies, Genpact, Accenture, Ford, Mindtree, Newgen Software, Tata Consultancy Services, Titan Engineering, HSBC, IBM, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Godrej and Boyce, Deloitte, and many more.
Velammal Engineering College has modern facilities and state-of-art infrastructure which creates a conducive learning environment for the students.
