Since the first batch of IPM students has not graduated yet, there are currently no placement records available. However, professors have assured us of placements in the range of 18-20 LPA based on their research. Relying solely on the placement cell for internships may not be a wise decision due to the early stage of the Department of Management Studies. Also, the alumni network is still under development, which could have an impact on future placement opportunities. Coming to the placements of IPM program at NALSAR, it has been started just four years back. It has no placement record as the first set of students is yet to pass out. However, the faculty has estimated 12 or more than 12 LPA as placement packages and based on survey and new faculty tie-up with industries across the country. The separate placement cell engages itself in providing the required internships for the students and establishing the required professional networking. The department is not completely mature yet, but it moves to build relationships with various industries to have good recruitment channels. The alumni base is still developing rapidly, but the popularity and outreach of the institute, as well as the work of the faculty, speak for themselves.Read Full Review
