The faculty of DoMS NALSAR is a mixture of expert professors from prestigious institutes like IIMs and IIFT. They adopt both theoretical and practical teaching, which help in grasping difficult concepts easily. Faculty members are friendly and easy to talk to and often guide students with queries even outside class hours via email or WhatsApp. However, the limited number of faculty in some domains can sometimes be a problem, and depending on visiting faculty hampers flow in learning. The professors at the Department of Management Studies are working specialists and Ph.D scholars and half of them are alumni of premier B-schools like the IIMs and others are also from prestigious colleges. Lecturers are easy to reach out, which creates understanding atmosphere for learners. They are always willing to respond to students' questions, providing assistance even after or before classes through emails or other messaging apps. On the quality, the faculty however is strong but there are some negative outcomes of which the core one depends on the limited number of permanent staff members in some domains. Some resorts to the usage of the visiting faculty and this facts somewhat disrupt in continuity of learning, but giving best is the motto behind the guest faculty culture.
