Established in 2019, Vishwaniketan Institute of Design, has an International Collaboration with Teesside University, UK.
Vision: It envisions developing designers by giving them creative freedom of expression so that they have a bright future and they will be able to fulfill the needs of the society.
Mission: It aims to motivate students to become leaders in designing and entrepreneurship through interdisciplinary research, creativity and problem-solving methods.
Vishwaniketan Institute of Design offers admissions in BA (Hons.) where the students study in the Institute for 3 years and last year at Teesside University, UK. Following is the Eligibility Criteria for the candidates to get admission in the course:

The Institute provides strong placement support to the students so that they can get exposure to good job opportunities. In addition to that, Vishwaniketan Institute of Design also offers internship opportunities to students so that they gain valuable hands-on experience.
Vishwaniketan Institute of Design has a campus spread in 20 acres which is shared by other four Vishwaniketan’s Institutes. It has an Amphitheater, a Workshop, and 24×7 available Library. Laboratories for Fabrication, Sewing machine, 3D printing, etc are available at VID Khalapur to refine the designing abilities of the students. The campus has playgrounds where students can engage themselves in sports like Tennis, Squash, Basketball, etc. Other facilities provided by the campus include Mess, Canteen, Transport, etc.
