To provide the students with 100% placement assistance, the college has established an active Training and Placement Cell (T&P Cell). This T&P Cell was created with these objectives:

• To organise projects, summer internships, official visits, seminars, educational tours, and guest lectures.
• To assist the students in achieving their dream goals along by building their professional & soft skills along with corporate ethics.
• To conduct in-campus recruitment drives for the final year scholars.
• To organise pre-placement training like group discussions, mock interviews, and aptitude tests.
• To conduct grooming and personality development sessions.

Companies that visit the college during the in-campus employment drives are Galacon, Kiswok, Sanmar, Kaynes Technology, Talbros, Ayant Software Pvt. Ltd, Infosys, etc.

The college owns a green campus built over an area of 28 acres, situated at Barrackpore Road, Kajibari, Kolkata. The distance of the college from the Subash Chandra Bose International Airport is approximately 19 km. The college has a state-of-the-art property, accompanies by modern and futuristic amenities and facilities. Some key student facilities present here are:

• Medical Facility: KPC provides expert medical assistance to all its students during times of medical need or emergency. First aid facility, expert doctors & nurses, 24*7 ambulance facilities, and all medical equipment are available in the college.
• Transportation facility: KPC provides transportation facilities to its students and takes full responsibility for their safety. Buses to and fro from different locations of the city and the ride is comfortable, easy, and safe.
