Victoria Institution (College) Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Kolkata

I have some friends who have opted for the college hostel because their hometowns are quite far. I visited there for a few times with them and found it average as per its daily meals. The hostel charge is too high according to its food quality. The meals are not that much tasty whereas the rooms are comparably better.
