SNLC's faculty includes highly educated professors, many of whom are retired judges or are practicing lawyers. Students are encouraged to think critically and develop their speaking and communicating skills, often engaging in spirited classroom debates. Despite the teaching style being more traditional, the professors are quite friendly and are eager to assist the students with their doubts, their questions, assignments, and other queries including proper career advice. SNLC also invites guest lecturers and organizes multiple number of seminars to enrich its education pattern and academic offerings.
