IIT Delhi Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Infrastructure of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) is one of the best and most expensive one out there with extremely modern and well equipped chemistry lab, very lavish academic blocks with total air conditioning. Placed at heart of Delhi, Hauz Khas this campus is vast and one may even not be able to take a full round around it. Classrooms varying from 300 capacities to 150 to 30 all are here and depending upon size of particular class the classroom is allotted. Campus has multiple canteens near academic section namely 3 and Shiru café. The thing that sets this campus apart is its highly equipped classroom with digital displays and projects. The campus is extremely spacious with very good infrastructure. There are multiple gym and sports complexes here.

Overall campus life is very good. The crowd here is super intelligent. Everyone excelling at what they do. There are multiple clubs like music, dance, photography, etc. only to name some multiple fests organised throughout the year are Rendezvous, ASIA'S largest cultural fest. The infrastructure is absolutely breathtaking; the main building is absolutely gorgeous and huge. Also center of attention here is Dogra hall that is famous for its hyperbole roof top. In front of which is biotech lawn where you will see many students hanging out alone or might be just relaxing. Next important building is LHC or lecture hall complex where most of labs are present and all classes are being held. Some classes are also being held in blocks they are like a maze, absolutely unbelievable structure. In almost all places there are facilities for disabled people and also assistance might be provided upon being asked.

The best year of youth, you will see here at IIT. You will make many friends. Have overall study sessions one day before exams. Always have back if mentors, senior, friend, and professors. If you are interested in any topic literally, any aspect, or anything you will have peers in same thing. You will find people with same ideology as you. The overall campus will be your home you will be found more in campus rather than at your room. There is high competition that will always push you ahead of your limits. The campus is absolutely 100 percent safe for anyone. There are always security guard and cameras everywhere. also there is very less cases of theft nowhere else in India would this happen that you lost your electronic and actually finds it back. There are many fests that are held. The most important two are RDV and TRYST you do not want to miss them there is also sports fest. There are many clubs including dance, singing, economics, drawing, startup, sports, debate, mathematics, coding, photography, robotics, aerodynamics and many more there are many competitions held, almost every week there is a competition going on.Read Full Review

It is one of the top most Engineering institutes in our country. So obviously, it will have a great infrastructure. The famous self-supporting Dogra Hall or the main building has state of the art structure. There is also Metal Sports Complex, Bharati Building, night mess, food courts, etc. You will find almost everything you need here.

Literally, the best part is the campus life. You name a cultural activity be it music, dance, debate, drama, literature or literally anything and you will find a club for it. It is not limited to cultural clubs, if you are interested in tech you also have tech clubs, you have societies for your department. These clubs will be organizing workshops from time to time. If you participate actively, you will learn many skills. Fests of IIT Delhi who does not know about them. ‘RDV’, the largest cultural fest in North India, ‘Tryst’, the tech fest, and ‘BECon’, the fest for budding Entrepreneurs are factors some people consider while choosing IIT Delhi.Read Full Review
