Arka Jain University has a Career Development & Placement Cell to maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of organisations across numerous sectors and industries. All students, beginning in the first year, get career counselling services from the cell. The cell offers training sessions for students, including mock interviews, discussions, workshops on communication skills, etc. The cell also plans sessions for a variety of competitive exams. The dates and locations of the major talks, seminars, and exhibitions are publicly advertised all year round.

AJU University has a 25-acre campus which is more than simply a place for students to study.  It's a gigantic family that supports and unites its incredibly motivated faculty and staff. Library: The library has an extensive print collection as well as a richness of online resources. Access to the knowledge required to meet the high standards of a prestigious university is made possible by the university. For AJU to utilise library resources to their fullest potential, the knowledgeable group of librarians offers research instruction, one-on-one consultations, and other support. The library is well-equipped and has smart features. The books are organised using Dewey decimal categorization and they have barcodes. 

Classrooms: Modern technologies are included into the large classroom layout, including ports for computers, displays with presentation equipment, and video cameras for conferencing and filming. The classrooms are also designed with their cutting-edge curriculum and dynamic teaching strategies.  

Computer Labs: The best technology available in the nation is used by Arka Jain University to create an environment where each student can engage in research and innovation. The high-tech computer labs are equipped with 15-inch TFT monitors, powerful PCs, Wi-Fi connection, and 24-hour access to the internet.

Hostel: It offers both girls and boys well-furnished, roomy separate accommodations. The university's hostels provide an opportunity for networking with a diverse range of cultures, interests, and feelings and it is entirely and strictly vegetarian.

Others: Major clubs like Saksham ED Club, Samarthya Cell, Toastmaster Club, IT Club, and Literary Club are present on the campus. It has both NSS and NCC activities; these are volunteer groups of young individuals with the goal of fostering students' personalities through community work. For conducting workshops, corporate meetings, student activities, and regular announcements for the students, it has an auditorium which is well-equipped with contemporary acoustics and cutting-edge facilities. Buses are used by students and staff between the institution and different parts of Jamshedpur for transportation. Cafeteria at the campus is also an ideal location for students and staff to chill with a cup of coffee following a hard day of lessons and presentations, workshops, etc.
