BESTIU provides employability skills among its students which helps the students in developing core professional values and skills. The Training and Placement department of the university takes care of this section. This department monitors the growth and interest of the students from the very first day of academics and works to impart the core course curriculum. The T&P department works step by step, like in the first phase, basic skills are imparted to the students with the help of multiple sessions, workshops, industry visits, and expert interactions. This also assists the students in developing professional communication skills. In the second phase, the students are prepared to face the industry and have hands-on experience with the help of internships.

This university invites multiple companies for on-campus placement drives and these companies are Bosch, IBM, Kamal Kisan, Jivabhumi, Heritage Parampara, etc.

Located at Gownivaripalli, Gorantla, Andhra Pradesh, the campus of the university is approx 90 minutes away from the Bangalore International Airport. The infrastructure of the university is unique and it provides experiential learning facilities to the students. The university offers counselors to the students that assist them in opting for the right career and also help the students in coping with family and personal troubles.

The university also organises various student activities through clubs to transform students by imbibing various skills and capabilities. Some of these clubs are Vigyana Club, Sahitya Club, Shrijan Club, Nature Club, Sanskriti Club, etc. To make the campus a better place for all the students, the Disability Liaison Office is present on the campus that allows disabled students to take support like special computer programs and notes. The university has well-constructed and modern classrooms of all sizes with audio and visual projection and comfortable seating areas. Some other facilities and amenities present here are:

• Library: The University has a well-resourced and well-stocked library facility for the students. This library is stocked with all the major books, periodicals, references, journals, newspapers, etc. and it helps the students in completing their assignments, project works, and other academic-related tasks.
• Laboratories: The University has well-constructed labs for students. These labs allow the students to do practical’s and gain experience. The labs present here allow the students to be creative and innovative and ensure excellent learning.
• Hostel: BESTIU provides separate accommodation services to the students keeping their security and safety in mind. A hostel guardian is present in the university that takes care of the hostel and its related facilities. The hostel has a sense of comfort and a homely atmosphere as the premises are student-friendly with all the major furniture, housekeeping services, and security. Mess facilities of the hostel serve meals three times and a time snack to the hostellers and this food is cooked in a hygienic kitchen.
• Sports: To promote discipline and build self-esteem and leadership qualities in students, the university has excellent sports facilities. It has both indoor and outdoor games which allow the students to stay fit, healthy, and stress-free. Also, to motivate the students towards sports, the university organises a sporting event known as Sphoorti. In this event, the university awards the students for their excellent performance in the field of sports, at any level.
