The Heritage College Kolkata Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The locality is a bit offbeat and not really accessible at all times. However buses are available and they have autos around the college. There are 4 floors; each floor is dedicated to particular subjects. Air conditioned libraries are there with a wide range of books and journals accessible to students. Canteen has good food and sports meet take place twice a year. We have smart boards in every class of The Heritage College.

I have a very poor campus life since I'm busy with labs and classes half of the time. Fests and events are a regular thing here with students taking part from all years. There are clubs organised in the college for dance, music, art, drama, photography, sports, etc. I myself am a part of the dance club however it is not really active. Infrastructure in the Heritage College is top-notch. The chemistry lab is very well equipped with all the required instruments and reagents. Some rare instruments are also there to ease the process of practicing. Also, the physics lab and computer lab have all the rare and required pieces of equipment. The college has a lift facility and open Wi-Fi facility for all students and faculties.

The classrooms are neat, clean, and spacious. My college has an AC library with all required books, novels, journals, and magazines. This college also has common rooms for boys and girls with different games equipment.

While scrolling through the website of this college, "Anti-ragging campus" caught my attention. In fact, it was one of the important factors for which I chose this college. The campus is ragging free, several banners and posters are present all over the campus for the same. The whole campus consists of Engineering College, Law College, MBA College, Media College and 3 canteens. The main canteen is the largest of all, with a diverse range of food items at an affordable rate. Another 2 are small but still very pocket friendly.

Several fests are held during several time of the year. The campus is very airy and spacious, making it suitable for walking and relaxing. As I am a hostelite, evening walks give me a sense of relief after a hectic day. Trust me the ambiance will calm your body, especially during the evening times.
