Sinhgad College of Engineering Pune Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

I'll say that this college has the best infrastructure in Pune in my opinion. Because the whole infrastructure of the college is very good. As the buildings are well designed and overall surrounding is full of trees. The college is placed on hill, so it gives the best sunset view every evening. Every department has dedicated buildings which makes this college a huge campus.

As the campus is huge, students enjoy their campus life to the fullest. There are many shops as well canteen within the campus, so students have no need to go outside for their hunger needs. Building of SCOE is old. The computer science building is okay as compared to other ones but not that good. The D buildings are like old government buildings. Benches in every classroom are in poor condition with answers written everywhere which may break. Labs are good but computer labs have very slow worked old computers.

Campus is the only good thing in which SCOE goes ahead of other colleges. There are many clubs which you can join, and they are active clubs. As far as I know fests are not held that much. Although the college has a nice cricket ground the college sports club is not that active so many students interested get disappointed.Read Full Review

The campus is filled with different buildings and there is each building for different departments like Mechanical, Civil, EnTC, CS and IT, F.E., Biotechnology, Chemical and Production. Each building has their own seminar halls for any important occasion or for students’ improvement lecture seminars. There is actually a good round around for books and Xerox centre along with some grocery store and a medical clinic freely available for the students. The labs for each department are suitable and students are fully indulged in practicals with all the required machines that are present.

Overall academics and the infrastructure are quite good but what more excited the students are the extracurricular activities held during our time. There are different teams participating in competitions based upon their motive. There are clubs and art circles for students interested in performing acts and artists. Also, Sinhgad Carnival is a big fest held every year in our campus where everyone feels joy and relaxed. There are also sports teams for sport diverted students and the infrastructure for it as well. Around the campus, there is every store possible for what a student will need so anyone far from home doesn't have to think to go away long for anything required as it is available in around the campus. The greenery around the campus also enlightens the visitors and the ongoing students make the campus feel alive. As a student, I actually love my college the way it is.
