Silicon Institute of Technology hostel also known as Silicon Residences offers accommodation facilities to boys and girls in a peaceful atmosphere. Two hostels for boys comprising 600 beds and one girls' hostel with 420 beds are available.

Silicon Institute of Technology hostel rooms are allotted a bed with a mattress, pillow, wardrobe, study table, and chair. The inmates can select AC or non-AC rooms at their convenience.

Silicon Institute of Technology hostel food is prepared under hygienic conditions. Students can avail of dining facilities in the halls within the campus. Separate dining halls for vegetarian meals and non-vegetarian meals for college staff and guests are allotted. The food served is nutritious and healthy.
