Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules, Amethi

Institute has residential facility in campus. Each student is allotted a room along with one roommate. Boys and girls hostel are completely separate. Mess food is fine and better as compared to most of the Institutes. Mess provides breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The taste of food is mostly like North Indian food masala and stuff. Gala dinner is held on every month's first Saturday where the food taste is excellent and tasty. Rooms are hygienic and there is a common washroom on each floor with sufficient space. Hostel also provides washing machine and water cooler on each floor. There is no restriction for timing outside hostel. The students are allowed to be in the campus 24x7. Timings for outside campus are 9am till 8 pm. You have to issue a gate pass prior if you have some plans to go out.Read Full Review

the hostel is in a great condition. It is clean, each floor has its own washing machines that is I think a very big advantage. There are clean bathrooms. We have an A-Z shop at our ground floor also where we can buy what we want. In our rooms we have 2 almirah, 2 beds, 2 tables, etc. The overall facilities of the Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology’s hostels are good.Read Full Review

The hostels are well built and are very good in shape. A room accommodates two people and it's quite spacious. The C-block has an attached washroom with rooms and other blocks have public washrooms and those are cleaned daily by janitors. The hostels have basketball, volleyball, lawn tennis, and badminton courts. For indoor games, there is a snooker room, Table tennis, dance room, music room, FMC room, and separate gyms for boys and girls. These hostels also have three messes and accommodate a large number of students at a time.Read Full Review
