    RGIPT Amethi Placement: Top Recruiters and Packages
    I had chosen IDD branch in this institute. My motive for enrolling in this course was that I would learn AI in this course. Admission is taken through JEE Advanced and if seats remain vacant, admission is taken through JEE Main. There are 3 rounds of counseling and a spot round. Students are given branch based on their choice filling and their rank. In one semester, there is one mid sem and one end sem exam. We prepare for exams few days before it.
    The semester academic fee of each branch is Rs. 1,28,500. The mess fee is Rs. 20,000. SC, ST, and PwD students are given scholarship of Rs. 50,000. There is a merit cum scholarship given according to CGPA. There is also NSP and UP government scholarship.Read Full Review

    RGIPT Amethi Premier Petroleum Institute: Courses and Placements
    My course is a 5 year integrated course with B.Tech + M.Tech in CSE in specialization offered AL ML. The Eligibility criteria is first though JEE Advance rank and then if seats are vacant then preference is given to students based on JEE Main and 80% above in boards. Placement cell in this Institute is constantly evolving for the betterment of students but especially for tech branches which are newly introduced. There are a few challenges ahead. A student from tech branch needs to be self sufficient and cannot be dependent only on Institute for placements and internships un like in the case of Petroleum and Chemical Branches which is very good here.
    RGIPT is a residential Institute and the hostel and academic fee is included in the semester fee structure. You can check it on their website for updated fee structure, currently it is Rs. 1,36,500 for GEN/OBC/EWS and Rs 1,11500 for SC/ST/PWD in the first semester. Maybe It can vary around this fee only for rest of semesters. Mess fee is Rs 20,000 per semester but they provide refund based on number of leaves after semester end.Read Full Review

    Campus Life at RGIPT Amethi: Clubs, Fests, and More
    I have chosen the B.Tech in Petroleum Engineering. For admission you have to clear JEE Mains and JEE Advance Exam and at least 80 percentage in Class 12th. Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology has a separate counseling process and its form is released on institute website itself. There are 4 exams in one year or 2 exams per semester. There are also quizzes on regular basis. The real world application based projects are also given to the students.
    The year wise institute fees is Rs. 25,700. The mess fee per year is Rs. 40,000. Merit cum scholarship of Rs. 50,000 is offered to the students every year according to CGPA. SC, ST and PwD are given a discount of 20 percentages. NSP, UP, and HDFC scholarship is given to students.Read Full Review
