RKGIT Placements department assists students in preparing themselves for future career opportunities. The Training & Placement department of the college collaborates with leading companies to facilitate students in getting placed. The key purpose of the Training & Placement department is to maintain a strong relationship with organisations for providing better placements, training, and internships for students. This department arranges career guidance programs for students from the beginning of the 1^st year. Activities like Mock Interviews, Communication Skill workshops, Group Discussions, etc. are organised to motivate students and improve their employability skills. The Training & Placement Department also assists students who seek to get employment in the Government sector.

The college has tie-up with companies like CoCubes, Talent Grid, Nicco Venture, SilverPeak Global, and Amcat.

The College also has placement associations with leading organisations like Infosys, Samsung, TATA Consultancy Services, Wipro, Vivo, Fluper, HDFC, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Torrent Power, IBM, Mahindra Finance, and Byju’s.

• ATM Facility: The College has installed an air-conditioned ATM service at the gate of the campus for students and staff. They can use this service between 8 am to 8 pm.
• Auditorium: An auditorium has been built on the campus to inspire creativity and stimulate effective communication among students. The auditorium has many features such as comfortable chairs, LCD screens, air conditioners, a podium, a projector screen, carpeting, washrooms, and a sound system.
• Canteen: Students can enjoy food and other beverage products at the canteen established on the campus at very nominal prices. The canteen remains open 24 hours for students on both working and non-working days.
• Computer Lab: The computer lab of the institute is equipped with almost 360 computers with wireless internet connectivity. LCD projection systems, printers, photocopying machines, scanners, and other equipment have been installed in the computer lab of the college.
• Hostels: The College has incorporated 8 hostels on the campus out of which 6 are for boys and 2 are for girls. The rooms have a bed, a study table, bed sheets, pillows, fans, chairs, etc. Students can opt for single, double, or triple-sharing rooms. Other facilities provided by the campus in the hostel include water supply, an indoor stadium, a mess, 24 hours generator facility, medical services, and others.
• Library: The library of the college has a rich collection of books and is centrally air-conditioned. On working days it remains open for 12 hours and during holidays or Sundays, it is open for 8 hours at day time. The library is embedded with internet facilities and has a capacity of around 158 students.
• Sports: The students can explore their interests in various indoor and outdoor games provided by the college. For outdoor games such as Football, Badminton, Cricket, Basketball, etc. the college has provided spacious grounds. Indoor games like Table Tennis, Carom, and others are available on campus.
• Transport: For staff and day scholar students the college has organised a transport facility.
• Medical Facility: The campus provides medical amenities for students and a 24-hour van facility is also available in case of emergency.
