The companies coming for recruitment can select qualified candidates for different departments from the campus pool organised by MIT Training and Placement Cell. Mahakal Institute of Technology has a range of facilities which cater to the needs of its students. It ensures that students are served with all the basic facilities in the college. Some of the facilities provided by the college are:

• Library: MIT Ujjain Library is the central hub of the institute with 29000+ books of various subjects written by prominent authors and published by recognised publishers. The library is fully computerized and has collection of the latest books, magazines, journals, and CD’s/DVDs to enhance learning and research program of the institute. Here students also get the facility to search books and journals online.
• Laboratories: To provide practical knowledge, MIT Ujjain has modern laboratories that are equipped with latest technologies that provide an enriching atmosphere to the students to grasp things better. The latest equipments and instruments are available in the laboratories, for the practical sessions to be conducted smoothly.
• Sports: The campus of MIT is the Sports Nodal Centre of RGTU. It provides facilities for various games and the best players are sent for state and national level competitions. Girl students can also get hostel facility outside the campus on request.
• Conveyance: At MIT 50+ well conditioned buses are available for the students conveyance which covers all the parts of Ujjain and Dewas city. A shuttle bus is also provided for the college hostel and students free of cost.
• Cafeteria: The professionally managed catering company at MIT ensures that healthy and hygienic meals are offered to the students and that too at affordable prices. It is capable of accommodating 450+ students at one time. The canteen is open on all the working days.
