LNCT has a Training and Placement Cell which provides career guidance, soft skills training, and facilitates on-campus interviews. It also conducts training, group discussions, etc. The Cell helps the students in getting placed by enhancing their language skills, conducting mock interviews, etc.

Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cognizant, TCS, Mahindra and Mahindra, HDFC Bank, HCL Technologies, Reliance Communication, Mindtree, ETA Group, Friendfiz, Impetus Technology, TATA Communications, UST Global, Wind World, Indigo Airlines, etc. are some of the recruiting companies visiting the campus to grant placement opportunities to the students.

The campus of LNCT Indore is developed on an area of around 10.4 acres. The campus provides various facilities to the students which include:

• Library: The Central Library at the college has a collection of 28000+ Volumes, 500+ Periodicals, 80+ Electronic Media such as CDs / DVDs, and 10+ Newspapers. The library also has Annual Reports, Magazines, Standards, Newsletters, etc. The library has an E-Resource Centre which plays a crucial role to ensure that all the resources are organised to cater to the present and future requirements of the students.
• Laboratory: The laboratories in the college are available for different departments such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry, etc.
• Hostel: The College has separate hostel facilities for boys and girls within the campus. The boy’s hostel can accommodate around 160 students and the girls’ hostel can accommodate around 80 students.
• Others: Auditorium, Canteen, Conference Hall, Workshop Block, etc.
