Kumaraguru College is sprawled across a large amount of land. Kumaraguru College of Technology has many facilities, such as a vast auditorium. The air-conditioned hall can seat 1800 people, and it holds all formal functions like common functions and events. There are four auditoriums in the institute which can seat 250 people at once. It has a very efficient computing facility. There are large quantities of PCs that are connected to LANs; they are used for the laboratory classes under the computer science-related courses. 120 PCs are connected to the LAN. It is also specialized software for domain-specific analysis and design applications which are available with individual departments.
There is a functioning cafeteria on the campus for students and staff, and it is located near the workshops. There are three smaller cafes and refreshment spots inside the campus. Trendy and spacious offers scope for the students to rejuvenate themselves from their schedules and enjoy tasty vegetarian food. Students can spend time with their friends enjoying in the canteen after the long hectic day and relish delicious food at a reasonable price.
There are also 23 acres of well-developed fields and grounds for the following sports: Football, Hockey, Cricket, Basketball, Kabaddi, Tennis, Handballs, Kho-kho, Throwball and other outdoor activities like Gymnastics. There is a gym built in an area of 2400 sq ft with the best equipment. This gym encourages students who want a healthy body and a healthy mind. It promotes bodybuilders and fitness seekers. The various machinesare available in the gymnasium, such as the bench press and shoulder press, squat press, and treadmill.
