Bharat College of Law is situated in the Bharat College of Institutions campus who is also responsible for managing the law college. It was established in 2016 in Babain and offers BA.LL.B and LL.B at the UG level and LL.M as a postgraduate course. The college is affiliated with Kurukshetra University and the courses are recognised by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

Bharat College of Law is located in Babain at Shahbad Road in Kurukshetra. It is spread across 7.5 acres of land. The college infrastructure consists of a multi-storied building which has classrooms, seminar hall, Moot Court, sports, hostels, gym, laboratories, separate common rooms for boys and girls, library and legal aid clinic, placement cell and more.
