K.K. Wagh College of Pharmacy has a Training and Placement Cell which offers students with different career opportunities such as industry visits, internships, and job opportunities. It trains students from the first year itself, assisting them from participating in various group discussions to offering extensive training in aptitude tests, communication skills, and personal & professional development in the third year for campus recruitment. Moreover, apart from providing exposure to private jobs, it also assists the students with several career opportunities in the Armed forces, and government sector.

Previously, the students have been placed at Macleods, S&A Pharma Projects, Advantmed, Vital Healthcare, Episource, Sentiss Pharma, Parexel, Mylan, Viatris, Techcare Medical Services, etc.

The college is situated in Panchavati and it has well-developed amenities such as spacious classrooms with well-equipped teaching tools like ICT facilities.

Other facilities made available by the college are:

• Library: The college has a library with both physical and digital resources including roughly 1000 books, around 7000 volumes, about 339 Marathi General Books, approximately 20+ National & International journals, Magazines, Newspapers, CDs, etc. It provides access to e-resources such as DELNET, K-Hub, National Digital Library (NDL), ShodhGanga, NPTEL, Swayam, etc to the students. Reprographic and internet facility for the students. 
• Laboratories: Several well-equipped laboratories are present such as:

• Cafeteria: A well-furnished canteen is available with around 200 seating capacity. It offers several beverages & varieties of snacks such as South Indian, Chinese, Punjabi, Maharashtrian, etc. The canteen is Wi-Fi enabled and also has the facility of CCTV & Fire Extinguishers for the safety of the students. 
• Hostel: The institute has accommodation facilities for both male and female students. The hostel has a hygienic mess with an automated kitchen and mobile food van. Medical facilities are provided to hostellers with availability of ambulances and doctors. Other facilities such as Solar Water Heater, Water Purifier and Air Cooler, Pest Control, Laundry are also provided. Moreover, the hostel has CCTV and a Fire Extinguisher.
• Sports: The College has ample sports facilities for indoor games like chess & carom and outdoor games like Football, Cricket, Athletic Track & field. It has courts for Kabaddi, Basketball, Volleyball and for table tennis. The college encourages students to participate in various tournaments held at different levels. Also, there is a well-equipped gymnasium.
