Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics' vision is to place every student in their field according to their skills; it trains them for face-to-face interviews with big companies.

• The placement cell of the college arranges an aptitude test for the final-year students and a webinar based on start-ups.
• Various internships are being provided to the students to train them before getting into the actual work-life job and career.
• There are various guest lecturers organized for the students on campus to encourage them for entrepreneurial skills and take up risks and challenges. 
• A session on soft skills has been organized in the college for the development of resumes for final-year students.
• Several students have been placed in various reputed institutions over the years like TCS, Atos Syntel, Gillette Group, Wipro, IBM, Hindustan Times, Reliance Jio, Infosys, and other organizations.
• There are three rounds organized for the students to get into a reputed organization which starts with an aptitude test, a general interview, a personal interview, and then an HR round.

• Classrooms with LCD projectors: Students are being provided with high-tech classrooms which are installed with smart boards and LCD projectors. This helps in inculcating students with the latest technology and features for growing in the advanced world along with learning.
• Library: The campus is equipped with books from every field and divided into sections to make it easily accessible for students to pick their topic of interest. The genre of books that this library provides is English, Mathematics, Social Studies, Business Studies, Economics, Accountancy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management, Information Systems, and many others.
• Canteen: The canteen of the college provides snacks and meals to the students at different intervals of time starting from breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, and dinner. There is a quality check team that ensures that hygienic and nutritious food is served to the students.
• Gymkhana: The College provides the facility of a gym to the students who are living in the campus hostel. The gym has well-equipped instruments for all those students who are health-conscious and fitness freaks, this place is an advantage for them.
