The Placement and Training Centre at IARE has appointed an officer who makes efforts to motivate students to obtain required experience through internships. The institute also prepares and guides its students for complicated selection and recruitment procedures implemented by companies. The Career and Employability Centre trains students through relevant training sessions that assist them in obtaining competencies, experiences, skills, and strengths. Both the centres play a very important role in shaping the career of aspiring engineers enabling them to acquire required capabilities so that they can reach their desired goals. The Career Guidance and Counselling organise seminars with external and internal resources to educate students about possibilities for higher education, employability, and skill-set requirements. 

Reputed companies that visit the institute for placements are IBM, Cognizant, Capgemini, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Tata Advanced Systems, Amazon, Wipro, HCL, PurpleTalk India Pvt Ltd, DBS Bank Limited, Mindtree, Virtusa Corporation, NTT DATA Corporation, and others.    

The campus of IARE covers a land area of about 3,90,837 sq. ft. and is situated in a peaceful, lush green and pollution-free environment suitable for imparting quality technical education for students. The information regarding other Infrastructure and Facilities is provided below:

• Auditorium: For the purpose of conducting seminars, presentations, and other conferences, the campus has an auditorium covering an area of about 8000 sq. ft. and seating capacity of approximately 1000 people.
• Cafeteria: Around 400 people can sit at a time and enjoy delicious food and snacks in the cafeteria. Students are served with a broad range of refreshments, breakfast, and lunch at reasonable prices.
• Hostel: Spacious well-ventilated rooms with the capacity to accommodate 2 in every room have been made available for boys and girls in separate buildings. Some of the key features of hostels include dining rooms with a capacity of about 300 students, hygienic food, mineral water facility, Wi-Fi, reading rooms, health care visits, personal care, regular counselling, and others.
• Sports: The campus has a well-furnished sports facility for both outdoor and indoor games. Students of the institute are encouraged to take part in several state, universities, and national level sports events. The campus has courts dedicated to each indoor game like Badminton, Chess, Table Tennis, Gymnasium, and Carrom. It also has outdoor courts for sports like Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Basketball, Kabaddi, and Athletic Track.
• Gymnasium: The campus provides a gym facility for students equipped with machines like treadmill, stationary bike, stretching machines, cross trainer, suspension trainer, and several other training equipment.
• ATM: Students of the institute can meet their banking requirements through the bank and ATM facilities provided within the campus.
