    NIT Durgapur Placements, Hostels, and Anti-Ragging Policies
    I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering because I was interested in it in my 10+2. For anyone to take admission in this Institute, they have to qualify JEE Main with a certain score and rank which changes every year and then apply for the Institute and the interested branch in the JOSAA counseling. Exams are held 4 times in a single year along with some class tests and lab tests.
    Fee of every semester is Rs. 82,800 for general candidates. There are few discounts for specific category students like Gen- EWS, SC, etc.Read Full Review

    NIT DGP Fee Structure and Financial Aid
    I chose a B.Tech CS degree related to my own interests. The other-state entry into this is via JEE Main. It is pretty competitive, otherwise everything else including examinations, etc. is typical of an NIT. However, there is definitely a linear approach to this, and it is not common to find yourself surrounded by people with exposure more than the typical mentality. Coding culture is very underdeveloped as compared to its stature. It is something that is arguably more important in real life than a theoretical CS curriculum.
    The fees can range between 0-76k per semester depending on your category/quota/etc. In addition to this, there is an approximately 19k mess fee per semester.Read Full Review
