NIT Durgapur Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Infrastructure of NIT Durgapur is very green and beautiful. Academic block is also there for students. Well maintained library is also there in our campus with great facilities like A.C. Two halls are there inside library for study purpose. There is big ground i.e., ground for sports like cricket, football, badminton.

Overall campus life is very good here and crowd is also quite good. Lots of clubs are there like dance club, spic macay, edc, glug, prakriti club and many more. Resctacy fest and recrave food fest is organised here and for sports inter hall is organised. In resctacy fest one famous celebs coming every year. The infrastructure is good, all branches have their own department locations and are provided with enough area to teach, the classes are very good in new academic block but in main academic block the classes are not air conditioned and that's a minus point. There is even a new building which is almost complete and will soon be used for teaching purposes, other projects.

The life is great, there is greenery everywhere you go, the staff is friendly and there is a mall near the college where you can visit every now and then, gender ration seems ok, there are cases where you just chill out, in the morning you go for a run nobody stops you, after 2nd year, no restrictions are there.Read Full Review

Talking about the infrastructure we have a better infrastructure than many of the top colleges in India. We have proper resources and instruments for research. Also, we have good classrooms and laboratories. We have separate buildings for administration and academics. Also, there is another building is on the way to complete, dedicated to research work.

Campus life is better than the average here. The college offers a gym, 2 playgrounds, an indoor stadium, basketball court, badminton court, volleyball court and many other things. We also have a medical unit inside the college campus. Also, the campus is full of trees which makes the campus beautiful.Read Full Review
