JSS Science and Technology University (also known as Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Science and Technology University) [JSS STU], Mysore established in 1963 is a Private University, currently having 201-300 position in NIRF Ranking 2024. JSS STU Mysore is approved by AICTE and UGC, and is accredited by NBA. In 1963, the foundation stone of JSS Science and Technology University also known as Jagadguru Sri Shivarathreeshwara Science and Technology University was laid down as Sri Jayachamarajendra College of Engineering in Mysore. It got the status of University from UGC in 2016. It has the approval of AICTE and accreditation from the NBA.
