Galgotias University Noida is a private university with its location in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The university was founded in 2011 and recognized by the UGC. The university is also affiliated with NBA, PCI, BCI, INC, COA, AICTE, and NAAC with A+ grade. It has more than 10 departments in which many UG, PG, and Ph.D. programs are being studied. So far, 13,000 students have studied at this university since its foundation in 2011. More than 800 faculty members are part of this university. The university offers many programmes like data science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. The university also offers admission in integrated BCA+MCA, and the duration is 5 years. It also has a school of architecture & design where it educates students and focuses very much on academic and practical designs. It has a polytechnic attached to it, which makes technical experts. They have to fill out the application form and submit it online on the university’s website. The university admits students based on merit and criteria set up by the university. Students can apply to the University for a Variety of courses. Students who scored well in the JEE Mains exam get preference to get admission in any stream of B.Tech. They should have also scored at least 60% with a PCM stream in the 10+2 class. For masters, in different streams, the university asks for 50% in respective subjects at graduation. The students who are migrating from another university also have to meet the criteria to get admitted. To get admission in the engineering field, the migrated student should have scored a 60% total in the first year.
After getting admission, the students have to submit documents like mark sheets and passing certificates. They also have to give their ID, like an Aadhar card, for verification.
