Students interested in pursuing any of the courses must fill the application form and submit it duly before the deadline date along with the demanded documents. They must then appear in the entrance exam, group discussion and personal interview conducted by the university. The exam schedule and other important announcements will be notified through the official portal or by publishing an advertisement in the regional or national newspaper. Marks secured by the candidates in the entrance exam are considered for shortlisting the candidates for admission.

To encourage exceptional students, the university reserves 30% of the total intake seats for meritorious candidates. To be eligible to get the scholarship, students must qualify in the entrance cum scholarship test, “SU-JEE” examination. Once the result of the entrance exam is declared the scholarship amount will be decided within 20 days. The Sandip University Madhubani campus is surrounded with 125+ acres of lush green surroundings. Situated in Sijoul in Madhubani district, the campus has state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities like modern classrooms with LED, laboratories with the latest lab equipment, computers with latest configuration, etc. The Departmental library of the university is well stocked with the latest collections of books, journals, magazines, and other printed and digital resources.
Besides the academic facilities proper attention has been given on meeting students’ basic requirements. Hostel accommodation has been provided to students with mess, lodging, laundry, and OPD facilities. Rooms available in hostels are all Non-AC, and mess charges are not included in the Hostel fees. Transport facility is also provided and the fee is charged based on route and pick up point.
